Crazy News at LA Fitness in Bridgeville

Normally I think of the gym as a safe place to go. Unfortunately sometimes things and people can go crazy. This one struck VERY close to home.

It’s a very sad story and many lives are changed forever. Working in the fitness world and being in gyms for over 20 years I have never seen anything like this.

My heart and thoughts go out to all the families affected.
